Le Plongeon offers a bistronomic cuisine.

Every product is selected and prepared with care.

Fruits and vegetables are selected from passionate producers and farmers close to Marseille (between the Alpilles and the Luberon).

Meats - depending on the arrival of the Boucherie Viandes Ethique (Frontignan, 34108) - are hand-processed from head to tail.

Fish and shellfish are chosen daily from the fishermen’s stall on Marseille's "Vieux-Port".
